Rajan Dunne, D.O.

Dr. Dunne holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from UC Berkeley and a medical degree from Touro University California. She completed her residency in psychiatry at the University of Arizona and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She holds a Certificate in Integrative Medicine from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from CIIS.
Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona, Advisor and Lead Mentor in the California Institute for Integral Studies (CIIS) Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research, Founder of Wildflower Psychiatry, and extensive clinical experience in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.

Role

Dr. Rajan Dunne is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in integrative medicine and psychedelic-assisted therapies. As the Clinical Lead at Sunstone, she oversees the medical and psychiatric care of patients participating in clinical trials and supervises the psychotherapy team. Her work is grounded in a holistic approach that bridges traditional psychiatry with innovative therapeutic modalities. Dr. Dunne has been contributing to the field of psychedelic research since 2018. In her previous role as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona, she was an investigator researching psilocybin for the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder. She also served as an Advisor and Lead Mentor in the California Institute for Integral Studies (CIIS) Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research, training the next generation of clinicians and researchers in this area. She founded Wildflower Psychiatry, an integrative psychiatry group practice with a focus on women’s mental health, and has extensive clinical experience in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. Beyond her role at Sunstone, Dr. Dunne serves on the Board of the Women’s Visionary Council, a nonprofit supporting research and scholarly exploration into non-ordinary forms of consciousness.
